Registration

Each booth is allowed up to four representatives included in booth cost. All booth representatives must be registered and wear a name badge in the booth and to the Preview Party. There will be a $5.00 charge for each additional Exhibitor badge above the four badges provided. The badge is good throughout the show.

Assignment of Space

Each application must be accompanied by a deposit check, HBASG will strive to locate by Exhibitor's preference, and to provide distance from direct competition. However, HBASG reserves the right to make changes in the floor plan and assignment at its discretion in order to best serve the interests of the Show and its collective Exhibitors.

Subletting or Sharing Space

To insure proper presentation and operation of the Show, Exhibitors must contract individually to exhibit. Subletting or sharing of space is strictly prohibited, unless approved in writing. Failure to abide may result in termination of contract and ejection from the Show.

Shipping Information

The Valdosta-Lowndes Conference Center will not accept shipments prior to the Show!

Booth Furnishings

Each booth includes piping and drapes for 10' back or 8' back and 3' sidewalls, 1 table with skirting, 2 chairs and 1 trash can are available if requested.

Installation

The Valdosta Lowndes Conference Center has a loading dock. Dollies will be available at an additional charge for those who need it for set-up. Installation and set-up will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17th. These hours will be strictly enforced. Please check with the HBASG office for your set-up time.
NOTE: Installation and set-up times are subject to change. All exhibitors should have booths ready before 5:00 p.m. for the Booth Judging, Friday, March 17th and the Preview party that will kick-off the show at 7:00 p.m.

Dismantling/Removal

NO DISPLAY MAY BE DISMANTLED OR PACKED
PRIOR TO 5:01 P.M. SUNDAY, MARCH 19TH.
To do so voids any opportunity to exhibit in an HBASG show for one calendar year. All exhibit materials must be removed Sunday, March 19th, between 5:01 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. It is the exhibitors responsibility to pack and remove or consign for shipment of all items prior to leaving your booth(s) unattended. If a display cannot be removed prior to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19th, arrangements must be made directly with the conference center. HBASG and the conference center will no be responsible for any items left unattended. The exhibitor may be charged additional fees for removal of any display items that had to be removed. During move-out, no vehicles will be allowed at the back loading gate until your booth is cimpletely disassembled and ready to be loaded.

Space Limitations

All booths must be confined to contracted space, and will not encumber the visibility of adjoining booths. HBASG reserves the right to remove any exhibit not conforming to all federal, state, local and the Valdosta Lowndes Conference Centers' requirement and laws.

Booth Staffing

Only registered Exhibitors are allowed to work booths. Booths must be staffed during all show hours. You are not allowed to roam the isles and hand out business cards, etc. You ae absolutely not allowed to go into the isles and recruit people from someone else's booth to come into yours.

Food and Beverage

No products may be given away or sold in booths that are available through the Conference Center's Concession Area.

Door Prizes

Exhibitors may provide door prizes. Any signage must be professionally printed and any prozes must maintain the professional nature of the Show. For promotional puposes, HBASG must be informed of door prizes. Door prize winnders must be drawn prior to the end of the Show, Sunday, (March 19th, 2005 at 5:00 p.m.) in the presence of an HBASG staff member of Home Show Representative. In addition, door prize winner's names and addresses must be provided to HBASG. Failure to comply with above stipulations will result in non-acceptance to future shows.

Payments / Cancellation

A $200.00 deposit per booth is required with completed applications. Balance is due by February 28th, 2006. A $25.00 per booth discount applies if booth(s) are paid in full by January 31, 2006. Refund requests will be considered by the HBASG and absolutely no refunds will be made after February 28, 2006.

Restrictions and Security

Security is provided by HBASG to provide nomral protection against loss, although the HOme Show officials assume no responsibility of lost or stolen items. Exhibitors are urged to take the necessary measures to prevent such temptations. No distribution of promotional materials outside of booth space will be permitted. All Exhibitors are responsible for collecting any appropriate taxes on products sold. Any restrictions for use of purchase must be printed and visible for public view.

Liability Insurance

HBASG, its agents, and the Valdosta-Lowndes Conference Center will not assume any responsibility for the safety of the property of Exhibitors for theft, damage by fire, accidents, acts of God, or other causes. Exhibitors are encouraged to insure any products presented at their own expense.

The Valdosta-Lowndes Conference Center is a well-maintained building, operating under strict codes and regulations. It's policies and regulations must be adhered to. NO SMOKING ALLOWED

Program

HBASG will print and distribute an official program of the South Georgia Home & Garden Show. The Valdosta Daily Times will contact you to provide information about how your business or product can be represented in the tabloid.
